The house was further enhanced by replacing the stair surround and rails with custom designed steel hardware.

The owner wanted a true master suite with a larger bathroom and more storage. In order to get the most bang for the buck, the plumbing was all kept in the original location while a part of the adjoining bedroom was appropriated to add a large shower. (See plans.)
